Who this covers

This website, www.ellafalconerealty.com, is operated by Ella Falcone, a licensed real estate agent with Safebound Realty. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

The site collects information only when you choose to send it through a form:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number, what you are interested in, the community you are asking about, your timeline, your message, and how you heard about Ella.
• Home value form: your property address, name, email, phone number if you provide it, your timeline, and any notes about the property.
• Community forms: your name, email, phone number, message, and the community page you sent it from.
• With every form: whether you checked the consent box, the version of the consent text you saw, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and any campaign tags in the link you used to reach the site.

How it is delivered and used

Form submissions are sent by email to Ella Falcone through a transactional email service. Your information is used to respond to your request and, if you gave consent, to follow up about real estate services. We do not sell your information. It may be shared with Safebound Realty as required to provide brokerage services, and with the email service provider that delivers the message.

Calls and text messages

Each form includes a separate consent checkbox, unchecked by default. Checking it is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you consent, you may receive calls, texts, or emails from Ella Falcone and Safebound Realty about real estate services, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can withdraw consent at any time by calling (561) 693-7123.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies and reports only aggregated numbers that don’t identify you.

When enabled, the site also uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and whether visitors use the contact forms or the call, text and email links. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named “_ga”) and receives your IP address and browser details from Google’s script; it never receives what you type into a form. Google’s advertising features are switched off for this site, and there is no ad tracking or retargeting. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or set your browser to refuse cookies; the site will still work.

Retention and security

Emails containing your submission are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet Florida real estate record-keeping requirements. Reasonable measures are used to protect the information in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
